City's season ticket sales are already ahead of last season, despite going on sale two weeks later than last year.
Tickets went on sale later than in 2001 due to the club's involvement in the Second Division play-offs.
In particular sales in the Spar family stand have increased dramatically with sales up by over 70 per cent.
Already 2,500 season tickets have been sold with City fans having until Friday July 12 to purchase at the Early Bird discounted price.
The club have also recently installed a state of the art membership card system and nearly 1,000 fans have already called in to be photographed.
The new style membership cards bearing a digitally printed photograph and blue bird hologram are issued free to season ticket holders.
